I’m thrilled to welcome Katie Auth to the Hub as our first-ever Policy Director. Katie brings years of practical experience working at the nexus of energy and development in both the U.S. government and the nonprofit world. As Policy Director, Katie will expand the Hub’s work on US policy tools to promote a high-energy future and the intersection of energy with climate adaptation and resilience.

Katie previously served in multiple senior roles at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), including Acting Deputy Coordinator of Power Africa and Senior Development Finance Advisor. Before joining Power Africa, Katie served as a Senior Analyst for Climate and Energy at Worldwatch Institute, where she analyzed power sector reform and investment in the Caribbean and West Africa.
