Based in Abidjan, Ndiate is a senior analyst at ARCH Emerging Markets Partners’ Africa Renewable Power Fund, a London-based private equity firm, where she works on business development and investment advisory across Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining Arch, Ndiate worked for Bitpesa, a financial technology company facilitating intra-African payments using local currencies. Other previous positions include the International Finance Corporation where she was a portfolio analyst and Black Rhino Group where she was involved in the development and financing of $1 billion worth of projects including the 500MW Qua Iboe Power Project in Nigeria and the 130MW Malicounda Power Plant in Senegal. Ndiate holds a BA in global economics and management with a specialization in energy from Jacobs University in Bremen, Germany.
