Jacob Kincer is a former Senior Policy Analyst and Program Coordinator of the Energy for Growth Hub. He led the Hub’s project on global markets for advanced nuclear technology. Prior to joining the Hub, Jacob was a research assistant at the Center for Global Development. He previously worked on a range of energy and development issues interning with the Treasury Department, the Department of Energy’s EIA, and the Council on Foreign Relations. Jacob holds a BA in Economics and a Masters in International Economic Policy at the University of Maryland.
